Spiritual Direction or "Companioning"  is the gentle art of guiding you home to your spiritual center. Having a Director helps set your spiritual compass. It helps you locate deeper meaning in your life and opens your eyes to an unshakable purpose that has been inside you, waiting patiently. A director or companion is a listener and a fellow traveler... one who is able to point out the sign posts along the way. There may be sign posts that have been clouded or even completely buried under worries, fears, addiction, spiritual abuse or just spiritual neglect.
